Hiring Information

The Arbor Centre is available for private use for parties, celebrations, dances, theatrical productions and concerts. It can be used for one off events as well as regular users for clubs, classes and meetings.

Parties and Celebrations

The Arbor Centre is the perfect venue for children's parties, discos and celebration events.

Depending on the size of your party we have a choice of rooms. The Main Hall is available for parties such as football, disco, parties with a bouncy castle (high ceiling), themed parties and celebration events. We can accommodate from 20 to 100 people in the Main Hall.

The Coffee Room is ideal for up to 20 children plus entertainment.

Theatrical Productions and Concerts

The Arbor Centre can also be hired for Theatrical productions and concerts, we have a stage in the Main Hall and have seating for up to 100 people, which is included in the cost of the hire. We have successfully staged the popular Hope Rocks concert in the past.

Regular Users

If you are setting up a new club or group and are looking for a venue, then please contact the bookings secretary by one of the methods below. Regular user rates are available.

How to Hire

The cost of hiring the Arbor Centre is £38 per hour up to 6pm, and £50 per hour after 6pm.

Once availability has been confirmed, complete a booking form. The completed booking form and payment will need to be received to secure the booking.

Complete the Booking Form, either online or by printing it out and completing it by hand. Please ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions for Hire. Please return the completed Booking Form to the Bookings Secretary by email (preferred) or post.
